We provide these insights for informational purposes to assist your decision-making. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of AI-generated product descriptions or "relevance" scores.
• The continuous availability of any specific offer or "hacked" price.
• The redemption of offers by third-party brands.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

·     Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the platform

Clubrz acts as an automated intermediary. While our AI analyzes and suggests the best routes for your budget, the actual transaction happens with Third-Party Brands. These brands are solely responsible for:

• The final price, inventory, and fulfillment of the order.
• The accuracy of their own product data vs. our AI-summarized insights.
• Customer support, returns, and refunds.

Clubrz is not a party to any purchase. Our "Smart Route" or "Price Hacking" features are tools to assist your search, but the final contractual relationship is strictly between you and the Merchant.

5. Rewards & Cashback

When rewards or cashback apply:

·     Reward amounts and payout timelines may vary based on brand policies

·     Fraudulent activity or abuse may result in cancellation or withholding of rewards

All content within Clubrz—including logos, design, and technology—is owned by us or our licensors.You may not copy, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

·     You request the permanent deletion of your account

·     We decide to discontinue the Clubrz service

AI Disclaimer: Clubrz provides AI-generated recommendations and summaries "as is." While we strive for accuracy, our AI may occasionally process data incorrectly. You acknowledge that any reliance on AI-generated "context" or "rationales" is at your own risk.
